These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bit333 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bit333 website located at https://bit333.ws and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.

By completing the registration process, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, or by otherwise accessing and using bit333 services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Players are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. bit333 makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction beyond its intended Bangladesh market. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify their legal position before participating.

bit333 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the bit333 account. bit333 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests that do not pass identity verification checks will be held pending until verification is completed.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions on the bit333 platform unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Each welcome bonus is available to a new player once only. Claiming a welcome bonus from multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse and will result in all accounts being suspended.

By using the bit333 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, fair, and respectful manner at all times. The following obligations apply to all registered players and visitors to the platform.

You agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration and at any point when requested by bit333 support for verification purposes.
• Keep your login credentials secure and notify bit333 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.

Breach of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

All content on the bit333 platform — including but not limited to the bit333 brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, game interfaces, icons, and any other visual or interactive elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of bit333 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bit333 platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the bit333 platform without explicit written permission.
• Use the bit333 brand name, logo, or any platform imagery in any external publication, social media post, or commercial context.
• Create derivative works based on bit333 platform content, game assets, or design elements.
• Use data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools to collect information from the platform.

Game content provided by third-party providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is used by bit333 under valid licensing agreements. Any unauthorised use of provider game content is a violation of those providers' intellectual property rights as well as these Terms.

bit333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The account holder has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The account is being used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful purpose.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account holder has registered multiple accounts on the platform.
• The account holder has engaged in bonus abuse or exploited a platform error for financial gain.
• bit333 is required to close the account by a legal or regulatory authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any pending withdrawal requests will be held until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation results in a finding of breach, the account balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

Voluntary account closure: Players who wish to close their bit333 account voluntarily may do so by contacting support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to your registered payment method before closure is finalised. • Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, whether or not bit333 had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit or exclude bit333's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The bit333 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bit333 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for taking appropriate technical precautions, including the use of up-to-date antivirus software, when accessing the platform.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bit333 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly.
